At Sloth & Duck, we create each product on-demand just for you. This made-to-order approach helps reduce waste and supports sustainable practices. Because each item is custom-made, we have a specialized return policy.
Return Policy for Print-on-Demand Products
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference. All sales are final once your order is produced.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund in the following cases:

How to Report an Issue
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Include: Order number, photos of the issue, and description of the problem
Response Time: Within 24-48 hours
Resolution Process
Once we verify the issue:
- We'll send you a replacement product at no cost (you keep the original item)
- OR provide a full refund to your original payment method

- you may keep or dispose of the defective item
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after issue verification. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders are fulfilled locally in your region via our trusted print partners to ensure fast delivery and reduce environmental impact:
- United States: Fulfilled locally via our US production facilities
- Canada: Fulfilled locally via our Canadian production facilities

Sizing and Fit

Preview Before Production
For personalized items (journals, custom apparel), you'll receive a digital proof for approval before we begin production. Please review carefully, as we cannot accept returns for approved designs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled. Please contact info@slothandduck.store immediately if you need to cancel an order.
International Orders
This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. For orders outside these regions, please contact us at info@slothandduck.store for specific return terms.
