At Sloth & Duck, we create each product on-demand just for you. This made-to-order approach helps reduce waste and supports sustainable practices. Because each item is custom-made, we have a specialized return policy.

Return Policy for Print-on-Demand Products

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products,ย we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference. All sales are final once your order is produced.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly offer aย replacement or full refundย in the following cases:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • Defective products
    • Manufacturing defects, misprints, or quality issues
  • Damaged in transit
    • Items damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item sent
    • We sent you the incorrect product
  • Significantly different from description
    • Product doesn't match what was advertised

How to Report an Issue

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us withinย 30 days of delivery:

Response Time:ย Within 24-48 hours

Resolution Process

Once we verify the issue:

  1. We'll send you aย replacement product at no costย (you keep the original item)
  2. OR provide aย full refundย to your original payment method
  3. No return shipping required
    • you may keep or dispose of the defective item

Refunds are processed withinย 5-10 business daysย after issue verification. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Preview Before Production

For personalized items (journals, custom apparel), you'll receive a digital proof for approval before we begin production. Please review carefully, as we cannot accept returns for approved designs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled withinย 12 hours of placementย before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled. Please contact info@slothandduck.store immediately if you need to cancel an order.

International Orders

This policy applies to orders shipped to theย United States, Canada, and Mexico. For orders outside these regions, please contact us at info@slothandduck.store for specific return terms.
