Order Processing Times
We create each product on-demand to reduce waste and ensure quality. Processing times vary by product type and fulfillment partner:
- Standard items:ย 3-5 business days
- Custom/personalized items:ย 5-7 business days
- Large or specialty items:ย 7-10 business days
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

Because we use multiple fulfillment partners and print-on-demand providers, your order may ship from different locations depending on the product type, size, and weight. This allows us to:

We offerย free standard shipping on US orders over $75ย (after discounts, before taxes).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing (international), and destination. Processing time (3-5 days) is separate from shipping time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation emailย with tracking number
- Tracking linkย to monitor your delivery
- Carrier informationย (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
International Shipping & Customs
Canada & Mexico:
- Orders may be subject toย customs fees, duties, or import taxes
- These fees areย the customer's responsibility
- We have no control over these charges
- Check with your local customs office for estimated fees
Customs delays:ย International orders may experience delays during customs processing. This is beyond our control and not included in estimated delivery times.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for prompt delivery, delays can occur due to:

- High-volume periods (holidays)
We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@slothandduck.store and we'll help track it down.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

- Include:ย Order number, tracking number, and photos (if damaged)
- We'll investigateย with the carrier
- Resolution:ย Replacement or full refund
We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. This is normal and helps ensure faster delivery.
Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. If you need to update your shipping address:

- Include your order number
- We'll do our best to update it before shipment
Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to:
- โ PO Boxes (USPS only)
- โ APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (USPS only)
Please note: Some carriers (UPS, FedEx) cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If your order requires a non-USPS carrier, please provide a street address.
